本文报道介绍一例临床接诊的结肠腺癌术后化疗后继发Lambert-Eaton肌无力综合征的罕见病例,经由中药处方五苓散合补中益气汤加减治疗后患者肌无力症状得以控制,摆脱轮椅,生存质量提高。诊疗过程中主要运用的《黄帝内经》"治痿独取阳明"相关理论,通过辨证论治,取掉较好疗效,本文就疾病机理、中医辨治思路进行探讨,以供临床参考。
Abstract：The article introduced a rare case of Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome secondary to colon adenocarcinoma after postoperative chemotherapy. The symptoms of myasthenia of the patient were controlled,the patient was free from the wheelchair and the quality of life of the patient was improved after the treatment of Chinese medicine prescription Wulingsan(Wuling Powder)plus Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. The treatment was based on syndrome differentiation and followed the relevant theories of treatment for flaccidity aims at Yangming meridian recorded in Huangdi's Canon of Medicine, and then a satisfactory efficacy was obtained. In this article, the pathogenesis and the thoughts for the diagnosis and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for the case of Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome secondary to colon adenocarcinoma were discussed,and it is expected to supply evidence for the clinical practice.
